Neural Stem Cells

Central nervous injury and diseases are irreparable due to the limited regenerative capacity of the neural tissue. Therapeutic strategies are therefore focused on the use of stem cells.

Neural differentiation of stem cells in a 3D defined matrix represents a promising approach to better control the stem cell fate and promote cell engraftment upon transplantation.
